4. What is the REPROVEND SP-M Series?
REPROVEND SP-M stands for Single Product - Mechanical.
The REPROVEND SP-M Series is a completely mechanically operated vending machine, i.e., it operates without electricity. This coin-operated machine typically vends only one kind of product by accepting only a single coin that equals the price of the product. The user inserts the coin into the machine and turns a knob to get the product vended.
5. What is the REPROVEND SP-EM Series?
REPROVEND SP-EM stands for Single Product - Electro Mechanical.
The REPROVEND SP-EM Series is an electromechanically operated vending machine. This coin-operated machine typically vends only one kind of product by accepting one or more coins which, when added, exactly equals the price of the product. The price of the product must be a whole number. The machine is provided with either one or two coin acceptors that can accept multiple coins of their respective denominations. The machine has a digital read-out that displays the collective value of the coins inserted, and relevant instructions to the user to successfully vend a product.
6. What is the REPROVEND MP-EM Series?
REPROVEND MP-EM stands for Multiple Product - Electro Mechanical
The REPROVEND MP-EM Series is an electromechanically operated vending machine. This coin-operated machine vends multiple kinds of product of any price value by accepting one or more coins which, when added, exactly equals the price of the product. The price of the product must be a whole number. The machine is provided with either one or two coin acceptors that can accept multiple coins of their respective denominations. The machine has a digital read-out that displays the collective value of the coins inserted, and relevant instructions to the user to successfully vend a product. The variations in the model come as 6, 8, 12, 24, and 36 selections (or kinds of products).
7. What is the REPROVEND B Series?
REPROVEND B stands for Beverages.
The REPROVEND B Series is an electromechanically operated beverage vending machine. This coin-operated machine vends two kinds of beverages (e.g. tea and coffee, coffee and cocoa). The machine is provided with either one or two coin acceptors that can accept multiple coins of their respective denominations. The machine has a digital read-out that displays the collective value of the coins inserted, and relevant instructions to the user to successfully vend the beverage.
8. What is the REPROVEND CUSTOM Series?
REPROVEND CUSTOM stands for Customized.
If your vending requirement does not fall in the domain of our standard vending Series, we can develop and manufacture vending machines customized to your specific vending needs and requirements. Our highly experienced in-house R&D division will gather your requirements. You need to provide us with your product samples. We will charge you a nominal R&D cost that will be determined only after we assess your requirements and the product samples. Once we develop the machine, we will ship the machine to your workplace. You will have to pay the price of the sample machine, in addition to bearing the shipping charges to your country.
9. Can the vending machine be set to accept coins of any country?
Yes. All the vending machines in our Series can be calibrated to accept coins of any country. We need samples of your country's coins to calibrate the machine in our factory.

11. To which address should I send you my product samples?
To test your product samples on our machines, you need to provide us sufficient number of samples. Please send in product samples to our company headquarters:

12. What if the price of the product has a fraction?
If the price of the product has a fraction like e.g. INR 12.50 or USD 3.65, we provide the machine with only a single coin acceptor that can accept multiple coins of any denomination. A special order needs to be placed for vending machines which use this coin acceptor to give us sufficient lead time to calibrate and test the coin acceptor to your country's coin denominations.
13. What if the price of the product is too high to be covered by coins?
If the price of the product is too high that is is not feasible to vend by accepting just coins, we provide the machine with a bill validator. The bill validator accepts currency notes of any denomination. In addition, it can also accept coins of any denomination and provide balance change. A special order needs to be placed for vending machines which use the bill validator to give us sufficient lead time to calibrate and test the acceptor to your country's different currency notes and coin denominations.
14. What are the prices of your vending machines?
Our vending machines are designed with a high degree of flexibility built-in to cater to the different requirements of every customer. The prices of our machines will vary with the size and capacity of the machine, and the coin mechanism/bill validator used in the machine. This will depend on your vending requirements. Hence, you need to provide us with your specific requirements, and we will give you a quotation with our prices.
15. How can you help me identify the best vending machine from your range based on my requirements?
To first help us understand your vending requirements, please address the
following questions when you send us your enquiries:
- what products are you looking to vend?
- how many kinds of products are you looking to vend (i.e. the number of selections)
in one machine?
- how many products of each kind are you looking to vend (i.e. the machine
capacity) in one machine?
- what are the prices of your products?
- do the prices fall within a close range of each other?
- what is the size, shape, and packaging of your products?
- would you like to have only coin acceptors, or bill validators that can
also provide balance change?
Based on your inputs to us, either our Sales team will help you choose the
best vending machine model from our existing range, or our R&D team will
help you customize a machine to your specific needs.
16. Can you send us your product catalog?
We have provided a printer-friendly version of our catalogs for our products on our website. The catalogs will open as a downloadable image in a new browser window when you click on them. We prefer making our catalogs available to you in this manner since you get instant access to them without the delays involved in sending them by land mail.
17. Can you provide us with a sample machine?
Yes, we can provide you with a sample machine. If your requirement falls within our existing product range, we do not charge any R&D cost. However, you will have to pay the price of one sample machine. Please note that the sample machine will have a higher price tag than when you order in bulk. If your vending requirement needs R&D work from us, we charge you an additional nominal R&D cost. In both cases, you will have to bear the shipping charges.
18. Which countries do you export your vending machines to?
We currently export our vending machines to other Asian countries in the Indian sub-continent, Middle East, and Europe. We are interested in expanding our business ties with countries in other continents.
19. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) when ordering?
The Minimum Order Quantity is typically 50 machines, but is subject to the model of the vending machine you are interested. We provide you with the option of buying from us one sample machine, though at a higher cost than when ordering in bulk.
20. What are your payment terms?
You will have to pay 100% TT in advance. This applies to whether you are buying a sample machine from us, ordering in bulk, or paying us the R&D cost for developing a custom machine for you.
